    DISCOVERY

    Dive-in
    The first stage in our process involves understanding the problem, context and uncovering opportunities. We conduct an in-depth research to identify user needs, industry practices and pin points design requirements.

    CREATION

    Targeted ideation
    An extensive iterative process of idea generation and concept exploration. We create, filter and evaluate possible solutions as we apply creativity and out-of-the box thinking to find winning concepts. Creating numerous design alternatives and filtering through informed ideation.

    PROTOTYPING

    Using physical and digital tools we visualize and prototype to test and refine, evaluating design concepts and ideas. An iterative stage of mock-up building and testing that leads to a winning design.

    DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

    With a final design established, this stage is all about procuring the best possible execution fo the design, from delivering design details to working with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the product is manufactured to specs and is ready to launch.
